- I. The registering institution/organization/company must have been in operation for at least two years prior to the conference/expo/fair and be in good standing with their regulatory body.
- II. Registered/exhibiting Immigration Consultants must be in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants before and during the event, otherwise, Vive Canada reserves the right to refuse participation at the event/fair/expo/conference.
- III. The undersigned is authorized to sign on the applicant's behalf.
- IV. Booth sharing is not permitted.
- V. Exhibitors are forbidden from promoting products and services from another organization.
- VI. Booth payment/deposit is non-refundable.
- VII. Full payment (100%) of the booth shall be made by the date of the event.
- VIII. Vive Canada will charge 15% in all overdue accounts.
- IX. Any legal fees incurred by Vive Canada for collecting overdue accounts shall be paid by the client.
- X. Cancellation of booth space must be sent in writing 30 days before the show/fair/expo/conference. Shall the exhibitor fail to occupy booth space, the exhibitor will be liable for any unpaid balance of the contract.
- XI. If booth participation is canceled, Vive Canada reserves the right to, at its discretion, to provide a refund or a portion of received payments.

- XII. Vive Canada can, at any given time and without prior notice, cancel booth participation and, at its discretion, provide a refund of registration fees.
- XIII. I understand there is always a risk when traveling abroad. There is always a possibility that a member of my organization or I could become infected with COVID-19. In this case, the organization I represent or I will not hold Vive Canada liable and will need to Quarantine and follow local public health guidance in the remote case that I test positive for Covid-19.
